Piano or acoustic guitar? Which is easier to learn and which do girls like more? (for my GF)?

Erm I used to play the keyboard well I thought myself and was at a
point were I was learning "river flows in you" I eventually gave up
because mine broke and I would barely get any practice, so a lot of my
friends over took me. Guitar, on the other hand is more portable and
stuff, it doesn't need any power :)

So out to please who play either, can you answer like separately
