Kids tv show that was shown in between shows?

I remember seeing this show on tv where the setup was a giant tile,
and each square had an animation going on. The camera would zoom into
one of the square and the show would start from there.
I remember one of the squares, what happened was there was a bus full
of kids, and the kids were throwing balloons at this man. this man was
wearing a black ski mask and a hat.
In another square, it was a food eating contest. This girl in yellow,
had her hands tied on her back, and someone else hands was controlling
what was going into her mouth.
Finally, one last square that I remember was a puppet show, were hands
were interacting with each other.
I think this show ran on tvokids or something, but can't remember
